Next weekend I was due to be at the Queensland Poetry Festival, the largest poetry festival in Australia, leading a couple of workshops and doing a reading. As with so many other things, that’s no longer possible. The festival has done great work reinventing itself and pushing many of the events online in various forms.
As part of the reinvention they’ve started a project called Panacea Poets – it’s a whole bunch of poets reading pieces; they post a couple of different poets each week. I shared two poems this week – Angelo and Through the Witch Window, both from my collection Bone Ink.
