Very happy to have my poem Through the Witch Window in the current issue of The London Magazine. The poem is a favourite of mine, so I’m glad it found a good home.
The first few stanzas are below, check out the rest at The London Magazine or, even better, buy a copy of the issue.
And a friendly reminder, as of April 2017, my first collection – BONE INK – is available here.
Through the Witch Window
Soon I’ll be lucent, at your witch window,
hand raised ready to knock. There are no lies
hidden between my toes; I am true
down to the soles of my three stripes. Tonight
I’ve been riding shotgun with my diamond-eared
brother.
And the rest is here…go on it’s worth it.
Congrats!
It’s a fantastic poem, congratulations.
Thanks Mark, enjoyed your piece in the last Tincture.
